The Yoga Block is made of A-Level Eco-Friendly High Density EVA Foam. The Yoga Block weighs just under 5 ounces. After practice, you can just gently wipe down the block with a wet towel. Or if you need a deeper clean, then use a mixture of soap and water. The Yoga blocks can be dried with a towel or simply left to air dry.
